With every hearing aid purchase you have a 40 day trial period to make sure your hearing devices are right for you. If you have any questions about your new hearing devices during that time period, please give us a call at 1-888-9 HEARAID or email us at info@hearingaidsexperts.com. If you find the hearing aids you ordered are not right for you during your trial period, you have the option to return or exchange them for something different. Just send them back within 14 days after your 40 day trial period ends. Our audiologist can then advise you on new hearing devices if you need to make a change.
