We're pleased to announce that all domestic Hearing Aid purchases at Hearing Aids Experts come with FREE USPS Priority Shipping for our United States and Canadian customers. This service is a 2-3 day delivery time. You may also upgrade to Express Overnight Shipping for only $9.98 more ($19.99 for Canadian Customers). This is just one of the ways we get your needed products to you, our valued customers, quickly and easily.

Please Note: We do sometimes ship items 1st Class mail as it is in many cases/areas comparable to Priority Mail.

Overnight Shipping services are usually USPS (United States Postal Service). FedEx Overnight shipping is recommended when your package must be there the next day, as sometimes the Postal Service only guarantees 2nd day delivery. Fedex overnight service is usually $60 - $70 dollars and must be requested if needed. Signatures are required upon delivery to assure your hearing aids get to you, and all packages are insured for their appropriate value.
 

International Shipping

Order Processing Times

Most orders are processed within 1 to 7 business days depending on the nature of customization required for your specific hearing aid order. Factors that may influence processing time are the following: audiograms, impressions, custom setup of hearing aids, etc. Behind the Ear (BTE) products that require no customization are usually shipped out within 1-3 business days. Custom mold hearing aids (ITE, CIC, etc.) will obviously take longer due to the molds required.

Returns

If you have a return please follow the following instructions. You have 30 days from the day you receive your hearing aids to try them out. You can then return or exchange the hearing aids after your 30 day trial period if they are not satisfactory. If hearing aids are returned without being replaced by another product ordered with us, there may be a restocking fee, and customer will incur shipping costs.

Warranties

All hearing aids come with some type of manufacturer's warranty to guard against problems. These warranties are usually at least 1 year from the date of purchase and may go up to 3 years. Contact us to find exact warranty periods for hearing aid models.

Difficulties with Products

If you are having a problem with your product, please call or email us so we can try to resolve it. Many times your hearing aids are just not configured properly and only need a small adjustment to work properly. Please call or email us first, stating what you purchased and why you feel you need to return it. If there is a problem that needs to be corrected with a return, we will give you instructions on how to proceed with a return.

Returning Custom Products

Many hearing aids are custom products to some degree, so they cannot be returned and resold to another customer. Many require ear impressions for the intended user and there are also FDA regulations. Any hearing aids that are sent back to us without contacting us first will not be processed, replaced, and/or purchase price refunded.

Exchanges

If you need hearing aids different than originally purchased, we can send you a return authorization when you contact us. You can send the product(s) back after your 30 day trial period, and receive another product(s) in its place. You must contact us within 10 days after your trial period ends in order to receive a return or exchange authorization. The customer will pay for return shipping, and Hearing Aids Experts LLC will give free USPS Priority shipping with the replacement products. Of course, our customers can always upgrade to Express Overnight service for an additional $9.98.

Audiologist Assistance

Our audiologist can assist you in choosing replacement products if you need guidance. If hearing aids are returned without being replaced by another product ordered with us, there may be a restocking fee and customer will incur shipping costs.
